We pulled our water from the stream

In a high water year, a high snow winter, the falls would be rushing and tumbling.
It’s a low water year, after a dry winter, and the falls are trickling, barely cascading.
Beauty remains, either way, for the power and grace of nature is never fading.
These wild places don’t capture but, rather, set free imagination and joy unending.

  1. There’s nothing more relaxing than the sound of tinkling water on rocks, or the sound of rain. I’m asleep in no time when I’m listening to that. And as others have said, “Love your new look blog.” 😉
