In a high water year, a high snow winter, the falls would be rushing and tumbling.
It’s a low water year, after a dry winter, and the falls are trickling, barely cascading.
Beauty remains, either way, for the power and grace of nature is never fading.
These wild places don’t capture but, rather, set free imagination and joy unending.
Love this!
Thank you!
Beautiful! (And I like the new theme.)
Thank you! And the new look is courtesy of the talented @rarasaur
that is incredible.
It was quite a nice little spot, yes.
LOVE the new look!
@rarasaur worked her magic
It’s just lovely or as the kids say now, “elegant”
Really? That’s what they say? What happened to “radical?”
Don’t know, but in the “techy” world, everyone says “an elegant solution” etc. Younger than me, anyway. lol
Hahaha, okay. I’ll have to remember that. And… when should I expect your elegant new site?
HAHAHA mine’s not elegant cos Rara hasn’t magicked on it; I’m procrastinating.
Stop procrastinating! I want to see the new site already!!
YOU YELLED AT ME! OKAY OKAY, I’ll stop wasting time on FB and get to work, sheesh! 🙂
Thank you. Sorry I yelled, but it had to be done.
You are SO funny, but quite effective, lol
😝
Yes, it is very refreshing! 🙂
Truth. 😃
This is lovely – the post and the new look for the blog.
Thanks and I agree! 😉
There’s nothing more relaxing than the sound of tinkling water on rocks, or the sound of rain. I’m asleep in no time when I’m listening to that. And as others have said, “Love your new look blog.” 😉
Ah, yes, falling asleep to the enchantment of rain. There’s nothing that can compete with that.
Nothing is better than pure water…except now you have to boil it when it comes from the raw…you did boil it, right? Beautiful share.
No boiling. We use a pump that filters out the bad stuff. And, so very delicious.
Dang…marvels of.technology. a couple I know hikes and after I sent my original comment, I was all I should have said FILTERED. So nice, nature.
We ran across one guy who still was using iodine tablets… Ugh. What a way to ruin the pristine flavor.
