    • The only uncomfortable conversation I had while working in a book store was with a customer who wasn’t happy that his custom order had arrived. What none of us knew at the time was that the order had never been placed because the owner was in the process of shutting the business down. Whoops.

  3. Just getting to this now. Hard to keep in touch on the road. I did write something for this but glad did not submit. I did write this week. I’m still catching up
